当館では、WhatsAppなどのメッセージアプリを通じて予約確認やお支払いを求めるご連絡をすることは一切ございません。

今後、当館を装った不審なメッセージを受信された場合は、トラブル防止のため以下の点にご注意ください。

・WhatsApp等から送信された不審なメッセージに記載されたURL(リンク)を開かない

・クレジットカード情報や個人情報を入力しない

・不審なメッセージには返信しない

・不審なメッセージに基づく支払いや送金を行わない

We would like to inform guests who have already made a reservation, as well as those considering a stay with us, of the following important information.

Incidents have been reported at other lodging facilities involving suspicious messages sent via messaging apps (such as WhatsApp) from parties impersonating the hotel. These messages request reservation confirmations, the entry of credit card details, or urgent payments.

Please be assured that we never contact guests via messaging apps like WhatsApp to request reservation confirmations or payments.

Should you receive a suspicious message impersonating our hotel in the future, please observe the following precautions to avoid problems:

・Do not open any URLs (links) contained in suspicious messages sent via WhatsApp or similar apps.
・Do not enter credit card details or personal information.
・Do not reply to suspicious messages.
・Do not make payments or money transfers based on suspicious messages.
